Hold something heavy in your hand, after some time you will begin to feel its weight. What you are feeling is it's gravity. The energy of the atmosphere moving due to the rotation at the core of the planet. The force pulling against the heavy object as well is your own energy from the contact with your hand. Focus your attention on that energy, and expand it to your entire body. Feel the flow from your heart to your finger tips. After enough practice going within will be like taking a deep breath. Ready?
