For some time feelings of growth have been designated as pain. In this timeline what you call pain will no longer exist. From one’s center, all is equally accessible and exhaustion is not needed to grow. Embrace what you now call pain as a signal that reads “attention here!” and provide it with the appropriate response of observation and adjust as needed.

To go beyond time one needs to be in a relaxed and comfortable state of being. This empowers energy to flow through the entire vessel, both physical and ethereal. From that state of resonance, all come to you to be observed.
